1st Associated

Compass were approached by 1st Associated to project management, design and develop a new web site, http://www.1stassociated.co.uk.

The 1st Associated web site started life as a 25 page marketing site for an Independent Building Surveyor. It has now become a sophisticated business tool and a 350 page marketing site!

The site has a clever quote system that uses a timeline to choose the age of your property, followed by a traffic light system to decide if you would like 1st Associated to call you about the quote.

Incorporated into the site is a bespoke Customer Relationship Management system that is used to manage contacts, store useful documents and book jobs. When a job is booked the web site also then creates the accompanying word documents, invoices and letters before sending them to the client.

We are the first to admit that the accelerated growth has meant that the site has become a bit cluttered, however we are currently embarking on an overhaul to bring the site back on track.
