Project Management

We take care of all aspects of the project management of your exhibition stand. Once your requirements have been established you can rest assured that we will deliver a highly effective exhibition stand that is built to the highest standards and is safe for visitors and staff.

We will manage the project from the conception and design stage, through to construction and implementation. We can also arrange for representatives to help staff the stand during the show period. Foreign language speakers can also be arranged where necessary.

Our project management process does not end once the stand has been designed and built; we always have a Compass member of staff on hand to oversee the implementation of the exhibition stand, where ever that may be in the world.

WWe have handled many complex projects, and have even been called in as trouble shooters when other companies have failed to deliver.
