We pride ourselves on the quality of our designs. We have a design process that has been refined over the years and will no doubt continue to evolve as new technology and design techniques emerge.
TThe first task is to establish the clients requirements. A meeting would be arranged to discuss what you need from your exhibition stand, where the exhibition will be held, who the target audience is and what you are looking to achieve by exhibiting etc.
In order to achieve the correct corporate branding and to include the correct marketing/sales messages it will be necessary for you to gather all of the logos, product or service descriptions and any other useful information. This is generally quite a lengthy process even in the most organised of companies. That is why we request that this process starts so early!
At this stage our stand designers will start working on a line drawing of the standŐs layout, functions and general look. This will start out as sketches and then be transferred into a digital format
On completion you will be presented a number of options for the stand design. Once a decision has been made on which design to continue with the next stage will start...
our exhibition stand will be rendered into a 3D design. The level of realism achieved by our designers is quite outstanding, giving you a real taste for how the finished stand will look
In addition to the 3D cad designs a further step in the design process is to offer you a 3D fly through using an animated sequence of the exhibition stand. This is a virtual reality style rendering of how the exhibition stand will look. You will be able to get an even better feel for the size and impact that the stand will have.
We will provide costings and a time scale for the stand utilising and including any alterations you may wish to make. This process will include presenting designs etc to the organisers for the relevant permits together with Risk Assessments ect.
The final step is to build the exhibition stand!
Quite often the exhibition stand will be constructed first in-house to ensure that it goes together as expected. It is thoroughly checked before being marked up for re-assembly and subsequently dismantled for shipping to the venues either in the UK or around the world.
